Daily $66.00 Weekly $396.00 Monthly* $640.00 *plus electric & requires a background check Holidays start at $74.00 a day & require a 2 night minimum stay CANCELLATION POLICY: 8 days or more before arrival date you get a full refund minus a $30.00 admin fee, 7 days or less of arrival date you forfeit all money paid, NO refunds after check-in. If you prefer to make your reservations by phone please call 252-777-4343 or stop by the office to make a personal point of contact and we can answer any questions you may have. Daily & 2 weeks max can be made online, monthly reservations can only be made by calling the office. Check-in 1pm till dusk - Check-out 3pm HOURS: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday 11 am - 4pm No check-ins after dark, we're here until all arrivals have checked-in. |
